I'm Nina Krylov - psychospiritual coach, tantra yoga practitioner, and creator of the Inner Self Alchemy.

Being in this world wasn’t something that came easy to me, it felt like i had to learn to be a functioning human many years - so I read the books, learned the spiritual tools, did the therapy. But even with all sorts of knowledge and experiences, something inside still felt fragmented. something was missing to be able to put it all together consistently.

So I turned inward, deeply. I kept on following the call of my heart.

And though my life path might have seemed random and chaotic at times, I felt I was being guided and led through many stages of death and rebirth. Until the missing piece started to emerge, the true core of my being: eternal, untouched, whole.

I learned that healing isn't about fixing something or adding something - it’s about tending to the parts we've abandoned… it’s about letting go of all that we are not… and remembering who we truly are beneath the layers.

Inner Self Alchemy is the path I created to hold space for that remembering.

My approach weaves together:

✦ Transpersonal Psychology - for shadow work, integrating sub-personalities, self-actualization (mainly based on Psychosynthesis and Jungian Analysis)

✦ Tantra Yoga - for presence, energy awakening, and spiritual realization (mainly based on the Mahasiddha Yoga lineage)

✦ Somatic Healing - for nervous system repair, grounding, and
embodiment (mainly based on Bioenergetics)

Together, these become a living alchemy - one that doesn’t bypass pain, but transmutes it into an expanded and empowered sense of who we are.

this path is not a linear journey.
it get’s messy. it get’s Blissful. It get’s real.
it evolves along my own ongoing healing & transformation.

It’s a fruit that has grown and ripened within my heart over the past years and wishes to be shared with the world. It’s a fruit that wishes to nurture the hearts of the weary, the souls of the yearning… to bring light into the dark crevices of our being, so that we may heal and remember how loved we are by our creator.
